VAULTIS

• Visible: One entry point (Intranet Home) + Knowledge Index + consistent tags.
• Accessible: Group-based permissions. Default: All Employees view-only.
• Understandable: Standard templates + required metadata (Owner, Status, Review Cadence).
• Linked: Link SOPs ↔ Policies ↔ Tools ↔ Teams. Prefer linked views over duplicates.
• Trustworthy: Owner + review cadence; explicitly mark Deprecated.
• Interoperable: Standard schemas + controlled vocabularies; API/n8n automation.
• Secure: SSO/MFA + restricted areas (HR/Finance/Exec) with explicit permissions.

Ownership + Review Cadence

• Each SOP/Policy must have an Owner.
• Reviews are scheduled using Review Cadence + Last Reviewed + Next Review.

Publishing Rules

• Canonical docs live in databases (SOP Library / Policy Library / Knowledge Index).
• Working notes live outside the KB and should not be linked from Intranet Home.

Access Model

• Company intranet pages: All Employees can view.
• Restricted areas (HR/Finance/Exec): separate pages or teamspaces with restricted groups.
