Executive Summary

A comprehensive audit and reorganization of the Zaden Notion workspace was completed on February 17, 2026. The primary goal was to triage the legacy Company (Zenpai) teamspace — a dump of 100+ pages from the original Confluence migration — and redistribute active content to the correct restricted teamspaces while archiving stale material.

Key outcomes:

~75 pages moved to their correct department teamspaces
16+ pages archived with clear 🗄️ [Archived] prefixes
3 broken Confluence URLs fixed in the Employee Knowledge Base
1 security finding flagged and remediated (plaintext credentials)
Employee Knowledge Base modernized with current tool references

Scope of Work

Phase 1: Inventory & Audit

Mapped all 7 teamspaces (Company Zenpai, Company Intranet, Executive, Finance, HR/People Ops, IT and Security, Vulcan Team)
Inventoried private space for misplaced Confluence content
Identified boilerplate, duplicates, misplaced content, and gaps across all teamspaces
